After you choose your monthly plan and confirm the website scope with our team. Sending a message, preparing a brief or trying the demo does not start a subscription.
Yes. Email hello@hardrocklabs.com or use our contact form. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month. Your site stays online until then; partial months are not refunded. Read the full terms.
Yes, your own approved media is the best representation of your work. Clearly labelled illustrative imagery can help with design planning, but will not be presented as your actual events.
Your payment provider processes deposits for your business. HardRockLabs does not take a marketplace commission. Processor fees, provider approval and any integration fees still apply.
We can agree on a new scope as your business grows. We confirm the new scope and billing timing before making a change. The published cancellation terms continue to apply.
