Billing starts with an agreed scope
Launch is $149/month, Pro is $249/month and Elite is $399/month, in USD. All plans are billed monthly. Your first charge occurs only after you choose a plan and confirm the website scope with our team. A contact request or project brief does not start billing. There is no setup fee or long-term commitment; the written scope records what we will deliver.

Business hours and the Elite phone contact are confirmed at kickoff. These are initial-response targets, not guaranteed resolution times. Support covers your HardRockLabs website, configured booking tools and included content updates. Payment processors, domain registrars and other external services provide their own support.
Content updates
Launch includes two content-update requests per month. Pro includes unlimited package updates and a monthly analytics review. Elite includes weekly reporting, a dedicated contact and change requests within the agreed custom scope. Unused monthly requests do not roll over. New functionality or work outside the scope is quoted for approval before work begins.
Cancel without a long-term commitment
Email hello@hardrocklabs.com or send a cancellation request through our contact form, identifying your business and account email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months. Your website and booking pages remain online through that period, then go offline. Ask us about any content handover before that date.
Your domain stays yours
Hosting, SSL and website maintenance are included. Domain registration is separate: you register and own your domain, and you keep it if you cancel. Payment-processing fees and third-party subscriptions are separate from the plan price.
Elite roster scope
Elite covers up to 10 performer profiles under one managed account, with custom pages and integrations defined at kickoff. Contact us for a larger roster. We confirm delivery dates, requested connections and any separate provider costs before work starts.
Price changes
We provide at least 30 days’ notice before a plan price changes. The new price applies from the first monthly renewal on or after that notice period. You may cancel before it takes effect.
